Brasserio Caviar & Banana chef-owner Claude Troisgros and cachaça expert Olie Berlic are hosting a cachaça tasting and will be on hand to discuss the complexities of seven of these premium Brazilian rums, each complimented by a small dish from the menu. The first tasting takes place on Monday October 10 followed by another event on October 24. The samples are free, but reservations are required; RSVP to FREE, Cachaça Tasting.
