Top Shelf Mojito
- 8 sprig’s of fresh mint
- 1oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ oz Beleza Pura® Cachaça
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters (optional)
- Club Soda
Muddle 7 sprigs of mint with simple syrup and lime juice, add Beleza Pura® and ice - shake and strain into highball glass - top with club soda and bitters - add sprig of mint as garnish
