Raspberry Cardoman Batida
Beleza Pura® Cachaça with raspberry puree, cardoman syrup and fresh lemon juice

Per cocktail:
- 2 oz Beleza Pura® Cachaça
- 0.5 oz Raspberry Puree
- 0.5 oz Cardoman infused syrup
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Stir with ice, strain and serve up - garnish with lemon twist.
Cardoman Simple Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cardoman seeds
Make the simple syrup by heating, in a pan, 1 cup sugar to 1 cup of water. Take a cookie sheet and place 1 cup of cardoman seeds in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes (this opens the shells). Add seeds to simmering simple syrup for 5-7 minutes. Strain the seeds out and let cool - then bottle it up…
