Beleza Mojo
- 2 ½ oz Beleza Pura® Super Premium Cachaça
- ½ lime (Tahiti type preferred), sliced into 4 pieces
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tsp sugar or 2 oz Simple syrup
- a drop of bitters
- Splash of soda
Wash the lime gently under water and dry. Place lime slices in a non-breakable glass, add sugar and mint and muddle gently, add ice and Beleza Pura® and shake, shake, shake… Serve in a tall glass. Finish with a splash of soda and bitters. Garnish with a lime, a mint sprig and fresh sugar cane stick.
