Beleza Aperitif

- ¾ fresh lime
- ¾ oz home made ginger syrup. (1/1 simple syrup infused with fresh peeled ginger - let it sit over night)
- 1 ½ oz Beleza Pura
- 5-8 mint leaves
Shake the above ingredients well and double strain into a sherry glass. Finish with an ounce of champagne. Garnish with a mint leaf.
