Blackberry & Cabernet Caipirinha
Instructions for a full pitcher of this unique caipirinha from Duggan McDonnell of Cantina (San Francisco)
- 6 oz. Beleza Pura® cachaca
- 2 oz. cabernet
- 2 oz. simple syrup
- 2 limes, hand-squeezed
- 1 orange, hand-squeezed
Quarter 2 limes, and muddle along with 4 blackberries. Add two barspoons of turbinado sugar, then pour over ice. Shake vigorously. Serve.
