Beleza Caipirinha
“Beh-LAY-zuh kie-pee-REEN-yah”
Think of a Caipirinha as liquid journey; the freshly shaken cocktail begins strong and potent, then refined, harmonious flavors set in as the ice melts, and ends with a sweet finish at the bottom of the glass.
- 2 oz Beleza Pura® Super Premium Cachaça
- ½ large lime, sliced into 4 pieces (look for smooth skinned limes)
- 2 tsp sugar or simple syrup
- 1 cup ice
Gently muddle limes and sugar in a non-breakable glass. Add ice and Beleza Pura® and shake, shake, shake. Serve in a large rocks glass.
Make two, and head for the closest beach or sunset with someone special.
